Biographies nearly always begin with the place of birth and the formative years and this information is of particular significance when learning about Susanne. Her refined professionalism was shaped by the city of elegance into which she was born and raised - Vienna, Austria. Spending the year there in school and summers vacationing with her family in Italy, Spain and nearby, the cultural influences she experienced were worldly and diverse. In 1980 Susanne obtained her degree in the Business College of Vienna. She worked for several companies with international clientele, including the Consulate of Bolivia, who appreciated the extra benefit of her language skills. Susanne is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Italian. Her business and language skills and her personal ambition to build a career in Real Estate influenced her to move to Tenerife in 1985, where she was offered a position with a major U.S. Timeshare developer. The Spanish Island, one of the seven Canary Islands, was a favorite vacation spot for both Germans and the English and the later Italians, Spanish and Norwegian countries. Again her language skills were invaluable to her performance, and she was an instrumental part of the successfully introducing timeshare industry to the European market. A company transfer ten years later in 1995 brought her to the south of Florida. She quickly realized this was the place where she could fully realize her ambition and dream of being a Real Estate Agent. In less than a year she became a local homeowner in Lauderdale by the Sea. At the end of two years, she had her Real Estate license. Since becoming a Realtor in 1997, she was awarded the prestigious Certified International Specialist (CIPS) designation at the 2000 Realtors Expo in San Francisco, CA, which at that time made her one of only 850 Realtors worldwide to be so recognized. In 2003 she was selected from thousands of Realtors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtor Association for the Leadership Development Class as "the best of the best" for training as visionary leaders. For six years she has been affiliated with Century 21 Hansen Realty, and each of the last four years Susanne has been awarded one Ruby Award, one Emerald Award and two Diamond Awards concurrently. All these honors are a testament to her professionalism and success. As of November 2006 Susanne has been happily affiliated with Re/Max Partners, one of the most successful Real Estate companies in Florida and worldwide, where she is taking her career to the next level. She remains fully committed to her profession helping clients sell their homes or buyers find their dream home or perfect investment property such as Fort Lauderdale FL Condo Real Estate.
